Application Fee
$75 application fee, non-refundable. No refunds, no exceptions.
Who Needs to Apply
Every occupant 18 or older must complete their own application and screening — not just the primary applicant or co-applicant. Please have each adult household member ready to apply before you start.

ID Verification
ID verification is completed as part of your Rentvine application — you won't upload anything here.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome for a $300 one-time, non-refundable pet fee, due at move-in. This fee is compensation for the privilege of having a pet in the home — it is not a damage or cleaning deposit, and it is not refundable under any circumstance.
A $15/month pet rent applies per animal for the life of the tenancy.
Every applicant — whether or not you have a pet — must also register at PetScreening.com. This is separate from your Rentvine application and covers pet policy acknowledgment, assistance/service animal verification, and a record for pet-free households.
